On June 26, LISC Chicago hosted the 31st annual Community Neighborhood Development Awards at Radius Chicago. The event’s theme, The Voices of Chicago – Composing a City in Harmony, reflected the awards’ recognition of outstanding achievement in neighborhood development projects, community building, and superior architectural design.

Each year, LISC encourages Chicago architects to work on community-based, neighborhood projects by presenting the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Awards for Architectural Excellence in Community Design. For nearly three decades, the awards have remained committed to honoring outstanding excellence in developments that incorporate inspiring architecture and design.

We are pleased to celebrate the 2025 winning projects that were presented with awards totaling $20,000.
